By downloading, installing, and using the ABBIDOT mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.

2. Use of the App

• License: ABBI PET INC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial use only.

• Modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App.
• Use the App for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm ABBI PET INC or its users.
• Access or use the App to build a competing service or product.

3. Accounts and Security

All content, features, and functionality of the App, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, and software, are the exclusive property of ABBI PET INC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Termination

ABBI PET INC may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

• Disclaimers: The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. ABBI PET INC does not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, ABBI PET INC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.

9. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

10. Changes to Terms

ABBI PET INC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms within the App. Your continued use of the App after the changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
